Return & Refund Policy for Bazar Enterprises LLC Last updated: June 21, 2025 At Bazar, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains how to cancel an order and how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds. Our 30-day window begins on the day your order is delivered, not the day it is purchased. If 30 days have passed since the delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN 1. Contact us: Email support@bazar.earth within 30 days of delivery. 2. Include these details in your email: • Your full name and order number • The item(s) you wish to return and the reason (e.g. Damaged on arrival, Wrong product, Changed mind) • A clear photo of the item and its packaging (mandatory for damaged/incorrect items, recommended for all others) 3. Wait for instructions: We will review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with a QR code or a pre-paid UPS label. 4. Drop it off: Bring the item (boxed or bagged) to any qualifying UPS, Whole Foods, or Staples and show the QR code/attach the label. There is no return cost to you. RETURN SCENARIOS & ELIGIBILITY 1. Cancel an Order • Before shipping: We will cancel and refund in full • After shipping: Wait for delivery, then follow the "Changed Mind" steps below 2. Damaged on Arrival / Wrong Product We will send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice. Shipping is free and a return is generally required. Please email photos of the damage or wrong item. 3. Defective Products If you receive a defective product, email us with photos/videos showing the defect within 30 days of delivery. We will work with Amazon to arrange a replacement or refund. Please note that manufacturer warranties (if any) are handled directly by the product manufacturer, not by Bazar. 4. Changed Mind You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Shipping is free. Returned items must be in sellable condition with all tags/accessories included. 5. Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item (free of charge) and place a new order for the desired product.
